Postpartum & parent self-care tracker
Track the baby — and keep a simple record of how you are doing too.
BabyLog includes a separate Self Care profile for the parent or caregiver, with quick logs for mood, sleep, hydration, nutrition, health, routines, exercise and private journal entries.
One app for the baby log and your own daily check-ins
Switch between the baby dashboard and your own Self Care dashboard without mixing the two histories. Choose only the activity cards you want to use.
Mood & journal
Log how you feel and add private journal entries when you want more context.
Sleep & hydration
Track your own sleep, wake-ups and water intake alongside the baby routine.
Nutrition & routines
Record meals, personal routines and other small self-care moments.
Health & exercise
Keep simple records for symptoms, medicine, temperature, pain and exercise when useful.
Separate history and trends for your own records
Self Care entries stay in the parent view, with their own history, filters, summaries and trends instead of being mixed into the child timeline.
Moving from Nara? Supported postpartum records can come with you
Supported Nara CSV exports can map postpartum routine, journal, mood, health, diet, hydration, sleep and exercise records into the BabyLog Self Care profile while duplicate imports are skipped.
Designed as a separate personal view
Self Care records belong to the signed-in parent or caregiver account and are not part of the shared child timeline. Product analytics remains optional and can be turned off in Settings.
Tracking and organization only
BabyLog does not diagnose postpartum conditions, interpret symptoms or replace medical or mental-health care. If something feels urgent or concerning, contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency service.
